The fourth issue of the journal was prepared for publication with the financial support of the Mayor of Tbilisi. The journal was prepared for publication at the Scientific Center of Manuscripts of the Georgian National Center of Manuscripts, with the support of the IP Humanitarian Research Center.

The thematic focus of the journal once again encompasses general humanitarian concerns, and the articles are not classified according to a strict hierarchical principle, as the idea is to define them with a humanitarian research principle.

The anniversary issue commemorates a prominent representative of Georgian society, Niko Nikoladze, who has turned 180 years old.
