Abstract

The work is based on the information issued through magazines and newspapers, protocols of district and rural commission sittings, stenographic reports of the Constituent Assembly and various commissions. In addition to the above mentioned sources for better representation of events in the thesis are analyzed added memoirs, documents of that period as well and also monographs regarding the matter. Based on the sources, we have attemted to display interesting details of the Constituent Assembly actions.
