Abstract

This topic describes the importance of cultural heritage, which is one of the priority circumstance in the issue of nation and ethnos identity and self-determination.  This is a living fact, which tells is about such history, time and period, that even a single artifact went through to reach us. Each sample and its detail show all steps, history and culture for development of country, nation and peoples.     Who and how should protect it? How does each human perceive the importance of cultural heritage protection, where and how sees own role in issue of protection and save of it and what function does the state perform at this time?    

Cultural heritage has the diverse sense. The main values are authenticity and integrity, which provide the care and use of cultural heritage in the modern world.    It is a significant example and an index of how correctly, timely and successfully the existing cultural heritage is transferred to the next generation.
